The Brooklyn Rail, 2025–2026

Founded in October 2000 and currently published 10 times annually, the Brooklyn Rail is an online and print magazine that provides an independent forum for arts, culture, and politics throughout New York City and beyond. As its 2025–2026 design director, I oversee the design for the print issues, including bespoke art direction for the Rail’s esteemed Critics Page, guest-edited by a featured critic, curator, scholar, and/or artist. Critics Page is also a showcase for experimental and conceptual typefaces from independent designers and artists.
